Herbs and Roots for Health & Beauty:
Three herbs are included in this kit (our choice). These are the possible choices:
Anise: inhale seeds for a timulating effect on the mind and body.
Basil: make a tea, starin and place tea in bathwater to dispel melancholy
Corriander: carry in bag as a talisman against illness, headache, and disease.
Five Finger Grass (Cinquefoil): place in bag over bed for a restful sleep.
Thyme: mix with a powder incense and burn to keep all in the home healthy.

None of the legendary information given here is recommended for treatment of any sickenss or disease.Herbs can serve your desires and needs and help you solve your problems, as much as your energy will accept their help. The medicinal properties of of plants have been well known even to the layman, but their alleged magickal powers are held more secret. Place them in sachets, burn them as incense, wear them, carry them, rub them, sprinkle them for them to perform their function - they need to interact with you.
